2. User Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account.

- All activities performed using your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment providers.
By making a payment, you agree that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- All payment information provided is accurate.
- Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may be charged.
- Subscription access begins after successful payment confirmation.
Pracom Solutions does not store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
6. Free Trials & Demo Accounts
Where offered:
- Trial periods are limited.
- Features available during the trial may differ from paid plans.
- Pracom Solutions may modify or discontinue trial access at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the software.
- Upload malicious code or viruses.
- Disrupt or interfere with Platform operations.
- Resell or sublicense the software without written permission.
- Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all business data uploaded to the Platform.
By using the Platform, you grant Pracom Solutions a limited right to process your data solely for providing and supporting the subscribed services.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including software, source code, branding, logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Pracom Solutions or its licensors.
No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Software upgrades
- Security updates
- Internet connectivity issues
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pracom Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of business data
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party service failures
- Delays caused by internet or network issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the preceding three (3) months.
12. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Subscription payments remain overdue.
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
- Required by law.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Platform may integrate with third-party providers including payment gateways, email services, messaging services, analytics tools, or cloud hosting providers.
We are not responsible for the policies or services of third-party providers.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Services
Pracom Solutions may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features or services at any time to enhance the Platform or comply with legal or technical requirements.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
